There are four different ways to do this.

1/ Using File>SendTo>Excel in a recent version
2/ Using the sage integrated reporting in Excel
3/ Using ODBC
4/ Printing a report to file as type csv and then opening in Excel.

ODBC is covered here. http://sage.support.makingithappen.co.uk/excel2000.htm
