Removing the grey background when printing to file

Hope someone can help as its driving me mad

Created a new remittance advice customised for our company using the standard instant accounts v14 ones, everything print fine to my printer
When i send to print to file so i can email it it prints the grey background and the default text such as date and remittance advice that came on the template.
How do i stop this happeing please

the report designer you need to remove the temple.

How you do this is dependant on your version of Sage.
