Deleting entries and saving info

can i totally delete an incorrect entry without having to look at the red stuff ?
and is there a shortcut for saving info without having to use the mouse??

You can switch of the display of deleted transactions (red ones) in Settings>Company Preferences>Parameters and ticking the exclude deleted transactions box.
There are lots of keyboard shortcuts to avoid having to use the mouse.
This page tells you all about them.
Later versions of windows don't display underlined letters until you hold down the alt button.
Sometime sage does not properly highlight the default button.
