Creating Reports with Limited Access

We have recently upgraded to V12 multi-user and am having difficulty with reports. Can anyone tell me if it is possible for a user with limited access (Purchase Order screen), to create new reports?

Sounds like your access is restricted.

You need more to create and run reports.
