Hi all,
can someone explain to me (very simply if possible) how I can show the Product codes on my invoices.
When I produce an invoice it shows the code and item, but when I print the invoice it only shows the quantity and item description then total cost.
It does not show the actual code of each individual item.
The system we have is Sage instant accounts with an upgrade to Instant accounts plus ( to allow us to intergrate our stock).

Any help would be much appreciated but as requested if anyone can help please explain to me in lay mans terms

Not easy to do simply and there are 2 totally different report designers depending on the version of Sage 50 you are using.

Tell me which version and I will have a go.

Did you ever find a solution to this? i need to be able to show product codes also and cant not seem to get it to work?

No idea what version of report designer was used, so never looked at it further.
