SageForum for UK versions of Sage 50- Help and support.

sage is set up as financial controller and therefore should grant unlimited access to third party log in - this is ussually the case, and we can log in as many ppl as we like.

however, for no apparant reason, sage is currently limiting to TWO 3rd party log in's (like it would for accountant setting).

anyone got any idea's or thoughts? or know where i can check/ammend anything to resolve issue?

Financial Controller does not allow unlimited logins, it only allows the number you have purchased.

Call Sage and check what product you have registered, I suspect it is Line 50 Fin con 2 user.
