Accessing old years financial info

I have Sage v12 installed and each time we run a year end we seem to lose last years information for financials.I am sure it is still thre somewhere ebut do not know how to access it and print 2008-9 years accounts. Any advice ?

If you clear the audit trail as part of the year end, then the information is removed from the current year only bucket values for the previous year against each nominal are stored.
If you elected to create an archive at year end, then a full history is available by opening the archive for the year File>Open>Company Archive
