Just want to know, aside from database backup, what are the other steps and procedures should I done in Sage Line 50 before migrating into a new system. For example, I want to migrate all data from the specific company in Sage into the new system (assuming any system). Please advise.

I depends on what you are migrating to, and what facilities there are to import data.

You could, for example, transfer all the account details, outstanding transactions and so on into the new system, in which case you need to generate a load fo CSV files.
