Due to the nature of our business we have a vast amount of stock codes that have become irrelevant, however because they have had previous transactions against them we cannot delete.
Our system is becoming unmanageable, please advise
We are running V12 with 5 users

I have three suggestions.

1/ Clear the stock history, you can then delete the products with no stock history.

2/ Use a tool like the one we use for integration to zap the stock history just on the individual products you need to delete (Costs £225 + VAT)

3/ Use a search to "hide" from view all the dead products
