Printing Problems
Printing Problems
Hi new to this forum and hope someone can help. My Sage Line 50 Version 8 locks up after printing. So for example if I print an invoice, it prints fine, the only thing I can then do is close the program down, this invariably locks the username and I have to search for and rename the queue.dta file before I can run the program again. I did have fix for the queue.dta issue but lost it when I changed computer and cannot find it on the web now. So can anyone tell me how to fix the printing problem and does anyone know where I can download to the fix for the username issue. Thanks.

Have you changed your printer or added a new one?
