SageForum for UK versions of Sage 50- Help and support.

I am an IT guy joined a new company, Here we are using sage 50, Account prof 2009, Operations system : xp prof.
At the moment we aur using sage in two computers and want to add another one.
On the new coputer sage is pre installed can can I use the option 'ADD NEW COMPANY' or please suggest me how can i add this computer (pre installed sage) with the other two.

If it is pre-installed with Sage then it should be asking you to browse to your installation.

I have never seen a PC that came preinstalled with Sage.

I would uninstall and reinstall, it could be a different version or a whole raft of other issues.
