Sage 50 Accounts - 2 users

Hi
I am trying to run sage 50 accounts (2009) on 2 machines.
The first machine is working fine.
I have mapped the data on the first machine and pointed the programs on the 2nd to that data.
I can only access one at a time ie: it locks the other out
Should this be the case as I could be accessing the same data from two machines
and there could be a conflict ???
