Sage Customer 'Service'

Does anyone else have problems getting a response from Sage?
I have a really serious problem which I cannot resolve concerning transaction e-mail. I cannot calculate my VAT because transaction e-mail blocks this and many other functions and I am going to be facing stiff financial penalties from HMR&C at the end of this week because I cannot submit my VAT payment on time. Transaction e-mail is preventing me from accessing the figures.
I am told that there is an unresolved problem with transaction e-mail on Sage. This may or may not be correct.
However Sage IGNORE ALL OF MY E-MAILS. It is extraordinary. In the past few weeks I have sent seven or more e-mails on this subject without a single response from Sage.
Yesterday I spoke to a woman there who told me they cannot have received my messages and yet at least five of them were sent to support@sage.com and not one was returned.
If Sage's attitude is "you do not have SageCover so get lost", at least you would have thought that a company of that size would at least acknowledge messages and say so.

No, I don't, but then I do pay for cover. They are quite, shall we say, commercial and open about this: No cover, no free help.

Anyway, is this still the
“You cannot access VAT Return** because transaction e-Mail is logged in on machine Sage_T-eMail.”
problem, and did deleting queue.dta not cure it, as I suggested?

Dave - Thank you very much for your suggestion.
Unfortunately I could not find the queue.dta file anywhere and so I couldn't delete it. Where would I find it?
Regarding Sage Customer 'Service', I think the least they could do is acknowledge emails from customers and say they can't help if they can't or won't. They respond extremely quickly whenever you want to buy software or upgrade.

Yes, they're mercenary enough!

queue.dta is in your data directory. Start Sage, go to Help > About> System Info, highlight Directories, right click over the data directory and select Open Folder. It will be in there.
