reprinting despatch notes

Hi i am completely new to sage ( line 50) so this may seem a silly question but could someone advise me how to reprint a despatch note

go into your sales order and in the tabs along the top you will see "Despatched" click on that and select the GDN and hit print along the bottom of the window.

Hi sorry about the delay - thankjs for the response, i have tried and it seems to work on some orders but on others it states" no data was found the report cannot be genrated" , yet the delivery is complete.
Could you please help

That suggests to me that the despatch is actioned in different ways. I suggest despatching as follows to always create a despatch note -

Select the sales order you want to despatch

Click on amend and allocate stock

Click on GDN and select the Sales Order and enter the despatch quantities and click complete.

Or is this the way you do it already?

Hi yes this is the way we do it now.
But we do get requests for a copy of the despatch note from customers who have lost it etc.
But I dont seem to have the option to reprint.
