Restartin install Payroll

Hey there.
I have made a school boy error and am hoping you can help. I installed Instant Payroll on a new machine and did a backup of company data from a previous install but was then told the new installation would be running a new company (we've just gone Ltd) and so the old stuff doesn't want to be on there.
I can for the life of me work out how to start again - I tried unistalling the program but can't seem to clear the database so wheneve I reinstall I just end up with the old company information and all the employees etc.
Any clues?!
The school boy error was not making a backup before restoring from the old company data so I can't restore the blank install!
