Hey,

At the moment i have lots of items in my product database that i have to use the "service item" product type for. My problem is that service item transactions do not show up in the product activity screen so i have no quick and efficient way that i know of to bring up previous purchases , quantities and prices etc like i could with the products etc.

Is there any way of including this information in the product activity screen?

All help and suggestions would be much appreciated.

The point of service items is that there is no physical stock and no need to count them and no purchases of them.

It sounds like you are using service items where you want to be using stock items.

You might be able to run a report on your invoices to report sales of a stockcode
