Every month I print out 100 invoices. Is there a way of printing them in reverse order. Our printer does not offer the option to do this, I know many do?

You can not print in reverse order.
You could reverse the sort so higher invoice numbers printed first but that would not be the same as reverse order because page 2 will come after page 1, not before.

The main reason is for filing purposes, so the newer invoice number is on top.

You are filing paper copies?
You have them electronically filled already so seems a strange choice.
However, printing them by changing the sort order in your layout would work in your situation as you would not want page 2 before page 1 on a 2 page invoice.

yes, the MD does not understand computers at all! so I have to print out copy invoices for filing, how and where do I change it? btw all invoices are only one page.

Welll... it is dependant on the layout to some extent, for most you can ...
Click on the Invoice Header
Then in the Appearance section of the Invoice Headers Properties
Change the Group sort Direction to Descending
Properties might not be showing, to show them View>Properties
