Creating reports

I am really, really stuck. Is anyone willing to give me a hand setting up a report. Its all way over my head. There seem to be so many different reports, when you edit them you can't save them etc. If anyone has MSN please PM it to me and give me a hand, i'll send a few quid your way :wink:
