Hi all,
I've got a problem with my Customers On Hold Report....
The report contains a lot of unnecessary entries, such as customers who have already gone to liquidation.
Because of this, the report is unnecessarily long.
I just want to see customers who are still in business but currently on hold.
how can I make a change??
Please help...
Best regards
Kay

Re: Customers On Hold Report
You could filter out those that have gone into liquidation.
Assuming you use the Account Status field to indicate those that are in liquidation what I would do is to write a filter.
Where Accounts Status is not equal to 3-Liquidation.
Apply this filter to hid all the customers in liquidation then run your report and you will get the ones that are on hold but not in liquidation.
