Thank you very much.

Is the only difference between 2012 and 2015 reports and layouts the margins? why did they change them?

I am pretty sure it is just cosmetic.

Hi

Last week I posted an email question to sage, who came back today with this message.

Thanks for contacting Sage Support.

We are aware with an issue effecting the print out of the Aged Debtors report on certain printers. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

For help resolving this issue please follow the instructions in the following article 30668
All support material for your software, including articles, webinars and much more is now available from our New Help Centre.
For real time support, web chat is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Or, click here for more support options.

So I went to there website and put in 30668, which states this.

In Customers > Reports > Aged debtors, if you print the Aged Debtors Analysis (Summary) report, the information may be cut off down the left and right edges so you don't see the A/C Ref and Older columns.

This occurs because the margins on this report have been reduced.

To obtain a replacement report, please contact Sage Technical Support on 0845 111 5555

That was it!

We all know how long I would be on their phone line waiting!

Regards

Stephen

Is the replacement report the one I posted or have they made one with smaller margins and still kept the new fonts etc.
