I am importing stock records via .CSV files and would like to know if poss to also add stock quantitys with this file, I cant work out where the stock quantity goes in the .cvs file (example below)

You need to do a separate stock transaction imports to put into stock the quantities you want at the appropriate cost prices.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming

They have swapped some of the fields around in different versions.
Check the help file for your version index>import>file details>product transaction.
or
run / edit the Product Report >Product Details>Product Transaction CSV
