Small Problem

Hi peeps thanks for a great forum etc

i have a small problem, one of my clients payrole computer has crashed and doesnt boot up - ive managed to recover etc and fix the problem - but it really needs a re build of xp - so im going to do that.

the problem is she has 3 different companys on 3 different installs of sage - she said that sage support set this up for her (i cant see her setting this up herself as she is a computer newbie) but she cant remember how they set it up,

she has 3 diffeernt folders in program files such as sage payrole1 sage payrole 2 and sage payrole3 - how can this be achived as i want to make sure we can do it before we go ahead and format - she has all serial numbers etc - but when i try to do it on another computer it just sees the install and then trys to copy new files to that directory instead of offering to create a new one - i have install disk for sage payrole version 10

any help would be great as the waiting time for sage support is like 5 hours

Sound like a breach of the licence, multiple installs.
