Hi Bruce,
Is it possible to have a dialog box(like shown below) where I could custom input variables and they're shown in the report?
If this is not possible, do you have an alternate solution? otherwise I will be required to use a message line on each sales order to show that information.
Poorly edited examples lol:
Thanks in advance for your time & help!

Your question is unclear.
The database is not flexible, you can not add additional fields.
Any fields can be used in criteria.
The criteria themselves can be used in a report.
If you are looking to add the AWB to the order just at print time, then it will not be stored in the order, it will just be printed on the paper then this could be done with a criteria. Each one would need to be entered individually and so printed individually, you would not be able to print a batch.
You might be better off though, entering it on the order in a field such as Consignment number as then you have a permanent record of it and you could print in batches
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming

Hi Bruce,
Sorry for the unclear question - I wasn't trying to add a field, more so what you suggested below, just adding the AWB at print time.
Currently we have product codes set up for freight and we do not use the Carriage section of the sales order. Your suggestion makes sense, I will look into using the carriage section and adding the AWB in the Consignment field and that should solve our problems!
Once again, you're a wizz! thanks for the help!
