profit and loss errors on nominal codes (help)

Post by sange » 02 Apr 2007, 12:43

Hi I am using sage line 50 v10 my Operating system is windows xp home edition

when i try and run a p&l all i get is " there are errors in your chart of accounts" and then "no imformation found for this report"

I have gone into the chart of accounts and printed off the errors, basically it is showing all nominal codes as being " not represented in chart"

as a fairly new person to using sage , I really dont have a clue how I should go about sorting this problem out. Please help

All of the nominal codes should be represented in the chart.

If none are in the chart then you will get a blank sheet.

This page might help, probably worth looking in the demo data to see how it is set up there.
