Hi. I Have Sage Line 50 financial Controller version 12. I am based in England but have just started dealing with european customers. I now need to create invoices in Euro's. I have set up the exchange rate for euro's however I am still unable to convert my sales orders into euro's.
The currency converter window comes up but the convert to section is greyed out.
Please help.

You need to to one of the following to resolve this.
1/ Either set up Euro based customers and invoice them in Euros
or
2/ Alter the layout for your invoice so it uses the Euro figures.
Option 1 is probably the better route although more work to start up, 2 is a bit of a bodge but will get you there quickly.
