What are the data and program paths?

you can find this out in Help>About>System Information>Directories

Is the option to use the data path for reports set?

you can find this out in Setting>Company Preferences>Parameters

Hi Bruce - thanks for replying to my cry for help --- The info you asked is that the directories are set to Program Path C:\INSTACC\ and the data Path is C:\INSTACC\AccData

I then went to the company section you mentioned and cannot find anything relating to data path for reports - not sure if i mentioned that i am using V10 - maybe its not on this version!!!

I wait to hear from you with baited breath ha ha
