Bank Rec error (19)

Warning has appeared when reconcilling bank statement. Says 'an unexpected programerror (19) has been dedected' and now the last years bank statements don't reconcile. Please help. Dupuy

What version of Line 50 is this?

Have you got Payroll installed on the same machine, just upgraded it or installed it??

Well that makes more sense, I know this will sound weird but the problem is with the PDF driver, the two versions are incompatible.

Make sure you have the latest patches for your software
