how can I add a printer?

Post by kef_1982 » 08 Mar 2007, 12:03

I am using Sage line 50 Financial Controller (version 13.02.17.0126)

I'm fairly new to sage and was wondering how I can add my canon inkjet printer to the printer list.

Thanks for any help!

Thanks but we use the canon for general use in windows but it is not listed with the printers in sage.
We are however connecting to a network and the printers at our head office are listed.
Also when I try to save a report (using print to file) the files saved are not accessible from my desktop. Any ideas?

Thanks again for any help

That seems very strange.

The only thing I can think of that could possibly cause this would be Printer drivers that are incompatible. But you would have to be running either a very old operating system or a very old copy of sage.

What version of Sage are you running and what version of windows?

Have you downloaded and installed all the patches, especially the PDF ones?

Can you give the full version number eg 13.01.078
