Smart Links - Giving Incorrect information

Post by FayeRoxbrough » 14 Nov 2013, 22:04

Help,

I really need some help. All of a sudden (after 3 years) the smart links relating to customers have stopped working correctly. When I create an Invoice and click a customer by smart link, a total different address is added. I have to overtype it manually.

Also all the Statements are incorrect. The addressed do not match the Account Ref? WHY!!!!

Any replies from someone who knows Sage inside & Out would be highly appreciated.

Thanks Faye

Sounds like a broken index.

first backup, then check your data, if everything is okay, run reindex and compress.
