Quotation reversal !!!!

Hi everybody,
I'm a newish sage 50 user so treat me as an idiot
We've been using sage 50 now for about 6 months and have so far muddled through with a bit of help. But!!!!!!
We've hit a snag in that we've have converted all quotes as won Is this something that can be reversed?

No, but yes.

I can change the flags in the database with tools, but you can't do it as a user.

Sorry if I sound stupid but what does that mean to us ?

It means that if it is a big deal you can pay me to change the orders back to quotes, would need to know which should be quotes.

You might be better of restoring the backup. Depends on how much data is involved, what sort of backups you have and all that.

I think we can probably restore but is there a way of safe guarding against this in the future.
I know we are supposed to mark quotes individually as won but It seems very easy to mark them all as won espessially if you're in a hurry or under pressure with customers queing up.....

There is no real safe guard.

You just have to be careful, it does give you an extra warning if you try doing all of them, I think.
