Sounds like you may have data issues.

Do you have backups?

does File>Maintenance>Check Errors report anything?

error codes and bank reconciliation

I have a similar problem but I get error 19. My sage is 2 user network v12.01.70 and it only happens on one PC. If you go to Weblink/Sage Software Updates on your menu it takes you to Sage's update site.
Select V12 and install the Sage V12 pdf driver update 2.10. It says it fixes the problem of errors 15 and 19. Unfortunately it didn't for me so if anyone knows more about it I would appreciate some help.

While you're there I would install all the hotfixes as they fix a few errors too. You have to do them in order though according to Mr Sage. Hope this helps.

Does it happen for all users or is it user specific?

No Its all users on that PC. They all work on the other pc and my laptop.
I've checked and compressed data to no avail. I've removed and reinstalled the sage pdf driver and its made no difference.

What is different between the PC and the Laptop?

Operating system, the same?

You have applied all the current patches to both installations of Line 50?

Yes Both on XP pro. I have a result from Sage. I called regarding a problem with Payroll V13 and mentioned my problem. It turns out Payroll upgrade to V13 alters the pdf printer driver then it is not compatable with Line 50 V12. As I have payroll support they agreed to look into it. Payroll V13 takes the pdf driver to V2.10. There is a further upgrade to 2.51 (which it says do not install unless you have specific problems of which this is not one). As nothing else fixed the problem they said try the 2.51 anyway and it worked. :D Thanks for your help and hope Caroline is getting this and it fixes her probs.
