I am using Windows 7 and when I go to ACCDATA the file is empty.
I have searched for queue.dta and it is not there.
I never had a problem with XP

I forgot to mention, I am using Sage line 50 V 8.2 - It is a 2002 version but has worked fine for us and we are a small business.
I am thinking of wiping off Windows 7 and installing XP if there is no other way around this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
