Invoicing Help

Post by craigdprest » 27 Mar 2013, 12:44

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can help.

Is it possible in Sage Line 50, to send out to customers via email, invoices and statements within the same email?

Also, Is there a way I can send out a whole "bulk" list of invoices via email to different customers rather than selecting each one at a time and clicking the Email button.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

There is no way to do invoices and statements in one go in Sage 50.

You can set the email address and the grouping in any report so that you can email a huge batch, this is covered in my email reports guide.

Thanks Bruce.

Another question I have that you will most likely be able to answer is:

Is there anyway you can "batch update" customers in Sage by using an import template? - I need to add email addresses to 200 customers in Sage and wondered whether there is some kind of import template that can update customers.

Thanks

Would that update customers though?

I always thought that the import template can only add new customers?

If the code already exists it updates rather than adds.
