saving a copy for the

My client has had his solicitor ask him to save his copy of sage 50 as a PDF, can anyone tell me how to do this thanks.

It is not possible to save "Sage" as a pdf.

What I suspect the solicitor has asked is for "a print out of" the accounts in PDF format.

What constitutes a "printout of the accounts" is open to debate.

I think the solicitor needs to be a bit clearer about what he wants.

You could print off everything in every account. It would take ages and would be overkill.

To do this all you do is Print the report to file and select pdf.

If you have backed up your sage to windows could you change the format to pdf to download onto a memory stick from the windows file. Thanks
