Password not working

I tried logging into my Sage (ver13) this morning but it refuses to acknowledge my user name and password. I've tried using 'Manager' but that has been denied as well. Manager has worked in the recent past. I opted for a restore and I've tried getting it to open from the program folder (as my backups are kept elsewhere). If any one has any ideas, I'd be grateful.

Try logging in as manager with no password.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
