Returned Products - Back into stock...

Post by mph1976 » 18 Apr 2012, 08:15

Hello All,

Nice to be back on here after a good couple of weeks smooth Sage running!

I am trying to find out a way to process a customer credit that does NOT return the purchased items back into stock (i.e. if they are damaged etc) - currently every credit that is performed is putting stock back onto the system

Is there a setting / option anywhere to choose either 'Stock Afffecting / Non-Stock Affecting' credits?

Any help, as always, greatly appreciated!

Martin
