Chart of account error

I have an error report each time i want to run p&l and balance sheet saying- '' There are errors in your chart of accouts. Your financial report may be incorrect''. How do i solve this issue.

COA button on top toolbar,
Edit chart with error
Press check button in lower left corner

The report will detail the errrors
