DEVMODE is NULL

Post by mikeoveral » 16 Feb 2012, 14:35

I currently run SAGE 2010 V 16.00 and have never had any problems until recently!

I cannot seem to print or email any information now and just get the message DEVMODE is NULL although the printer is still the same one?

Any help would be very appriciated?

Mike

Your version is 16.0.17.0158 ?
You are on XP Pro SP3 with all updates applied?
This is single user or network install?

It is such a strange error, my immediate first thought is to do a clean reinstall
