hide completed purchase orders

Just upgraded to 2012 from a very old sage line 50.

In the old one, if I clicked the spy glass in top right, it would hide completed delivery purchase orders, or the printed invoices.

Can I get it to do the same in 2012?

The spyglass in the top right, applies a search.

The search button is in the bottom left.

In the search you want to do something like.

For Purchase orders...
Where purchase order status is not equal to delivered
and purchase order status is not equal to cancelled
and purchase order status is not equal to cancelled / part delivered
...and so on...


For invoices...
Where Printed is equal to No
