Computer freezes on printing invoice

We are running Sage Accounts 2011 V17 having just upgraded. We have a network of a server and 5 clients. 4 or 5 times a day one of the clients will crash and freeze when we try to print an invoice or sales order. It can be any client and when this happens control-alt-delete doesn't work. We have to switch the client off by the mains. The printing reports screen has been changed in 2011 and I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem?

I'd make sure you have all the relevant updates installed from www.sage.co.uk/updates particularly Update 3 for v2011 (the program does not pick this up automatically) and also the Report Designer Update (v1.3).

Are the layouts you are using standard or amended? I'm assuming that, if you run Check Data, you have no errors?

Thanks for answering. Most of the reports are our own which are the standard reports slightly amended.

There are no errors reported on checking the data. I have installed the update 3 for V2011 but not the update to the report designer. I will try that now,
