Hello, I'm new to forums but i hope you can help me.
I have been using Sage for years but never came across this. All of a sudden it wont let me save files to my laptop. E.g I opened a period balance, exported, chose the destination folder where i wanted it saving to, changed the file format to PDF, then clicked save.
Everything looked like it had saved, no error messages or anything. But when i went to locate the file it wasnt there. I have tried different saves, formats, locations, everything but no joy. I tried saving a word doc and that was fine so its only within Sage...... can anyone help?!?! Thank you!!!!!

If you go to www.sage.co.uk/updates, there is an update available for the Report Designer which should help.
