Sage Accounts 2010 - random "Connect to Data Source"

Post by tjbirkett » 18 Mar 2011, 12:07

Hi,

We currently run Sage in a Terminal Services environment and have an issue with Sage randomly asking to "Connect to Data Source" with a username and Password box (could be an ODBC dialog box).

Entering a Sage username and password has no effect.

The problem is quite random.

When it occurs all users have to logout of Sage and log back in to be able to continue working.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Thanks.
