Emailing invoices to multiple email addresses

Hi

In Sage we are emailing out invoices by clicking on the invoice and pressing the email button.

This sends the invoice to the email address stored in the customer record.

Is it possible to have multiple email addresses in there so that they go to more than one email address?

There is not a way of doing it directly, however I think you might be able to do it, other ways.

You could have a second field that contains a second CC address, we often use a second address for statements rather than the one for invoices. you could put 2 addresses in the field and then use a function to split them, but It is a bit small to get 2 addresses in.

I might be inclined to set up a very small mailing list or an email address that redirects to the 2 addresses if there are not many to do.
