Line 50 V7 won't open company on Network

Post by shareena » 22 Apr 2010, 21:32

We have Line50 V7 with 5 companies installed on NT4 Server. I have just added a 5th company and I can open the new company from 2 workstations but can't open it from a 3rd workstation, even though I can open the other 4 companies on the same workstation (all xp pro). I follow the same procedures I did with the other 2 workstations but to no avail. No error messages and I can see the info for the new company but it just won't open. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
THANK YOU

Sounds like it might be an access rights issue on the NT4 server, have you tried logging on to windows as an administrator?
