Missing information when printing purchase orders

We have upgraded to Sage 50 Acc's Pro and each time I print anything it tells me it is converting it. I am trying to print a purchase order with a delivery address at the bottom, but it isn't printing the first line. I've looked in the report designer and delivery addresses 1 - 5 are on there, but, when you preview or print the first one isn't showing. Why?????

It only converts once.

You can batch convert using tools>Convert Reports
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
