Dummy accounts for training

We have a member of staff who is learning Sage at college. She would like to use our Sage for practice but obviously not the real accounts. She has a set of data created there, how can she access this on our sysytem without losing our setup. We have single user Sage.

Any help gratefully received

You can use the demo data or in later versions the practice data

File>Open>Demo Data
File>Open>Practice Data
