Backup problems
Backup problems
When I attempt a backup a message is shown as follows "For the protection of your data this program will not respond whilst the backup utility is running. Please remember to close the backup utility after it has finished." When I press OK I get another message "Backup/restore program could not be started." I am running Sage 50 Accounts 2008 Version 14.0.12.153. Can anyone help please?

Check your settings in Tools>Options>Backup it should be blank, there should be no tool selected.
