Missing Dispute Column

Post by johnwillow » 20 Nov 2008, 17:54

I have "lost" the dispute column from the customer activities screen (to the RHS of the O/S column) in the sales ledger. I have tried right clicking the header line and selecting "use default" but whilst it resets all the other columns I cannot get the dispute column back.
We have three users and mine is the only one with this problem. Is there a default conguration file for my user name that could maybe be edited or replaced to correct this problem. Where are my personal settings stored?
We are using L50 V 11 with a multi-user/multi-company setup.
Any help with this would be appreciated

The dispute column is not an option to show or hide.

I suggest deleting the users and recreating them as a probable quick fix.

Thanks Bruce - I deleted the users and then added them again as new users. That has done the trick - we have the dispute column back again.
Thanks for your help.
