What tax code should I use for Services such as:

1)Functions and Weddings

2)Laundry

Tax codes :
T1--17.5%
T5-- 5%
T9-- 0%

Everything you sell should be charged at the standard rate T1 unless it is exempt (such as stamps), zero rated (such as food), low rate (such as electricity).

All the items you list are, I believe standard rated, however you can check with HMRC for free to get an authoritative answer http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/index.htm
