Print Statements only for customers with positive balances

Post by Robert » 29 Oct 2008, 21:56

Please advise how we can print balances for customers with positive balances, or balances other than zero
We have many customers with zero balances, so doing a statement run for all customers is very cumbersome. It would be very useful for us to print statements for all customers, avoiding the ones who do not owe us any money.
Thanks for your help

Customers with nothing outstanding will not print as there is nothing to print, unless you have unmatched transactions credits and invoices for example, in which case you need to match them off anyway.

however, if you want to send statements to customers with positive balances only, then you can use a search.

Where - Balance - Is greater than - 0

This will filter your screen view to just positive balance, if you now run statements it will be for only these customers.
